April Lockhart
April Lockhart is a born July 4th April, 1995. When she was in the 7th grade she started to take piano and guitar lessons. It was this that ignited her love for songwriting. April Lockhart wrote her first track, Different at age of twelve. The year she turned 14 was when she was a huge devotee of her time writing songs and practicing her music. Her writing began alongside her father and her dad in NY and LA just a few months later. April was the month that she began to write about other issues in Take My hand for those of her peers who struggled with peer pressure, disabilities or even suicidal thoughts. Lockhart works in partnerships at famous clean beauty brand Ilia as well as an influencer in the lifestyle industry with her own growing fan base. She was born without a left hand, and it creates her unique. It's not the only aspect that makes her unique. Lockhart does not deny that she has a disability through her Instagram page However, she doesn't really put it at the center of her account. The point is? That we all contain multitudes and that we are all unique and we're more than just our physical self. We don't want to allow that to be the only thing that defines me. I don't want to be an influencer with a disability in the sense that I only talk about as there are numerous other aspects of me Lockhart says via video from her residence in Nashville. My everyday life isn't directly affected by disability. I lead a normal routine and have my own solutions to issues. However, it's a component of me and I feel it's essential to discuss. Lockhart is a true source of inspiration for self-acceptance generally, is on a long journey to achieve it. Lockhart admits to having had periods where she felt insecure about the way she dressed and showed her arms. Nowadays, she dresses anything she likes and uploads photos in those outfits to social networks with pride. Self-love, according to her, is like a journey. "I believe that you'll ever get there," she said. It's true for all regardless of their levels of anxiety. I think that having people that have a sense of who you are and understand your feelings is crucial as they'll be the ones that remind you of what are your worries about?
