April Lockhart
April Lockhart was born on July 4, 1995. When she was in the seventh grade, she started playing guitar, and also taking piano classes, which spurred her interest in songwriting. at the age of 12, April composed her first single Different. She spent lots of time when she was 14 writing songs, and practicing her music. Later on she began to take writing excursions with her father and her father to LA or NY. She also started to write about other related topics for some of her peers who are dealing with things like problems with peer pressure, and teen suicide in the song"Take my Hand. Lockhart has a fan base of her own and also works as a lifestyle blogger under the well-known Ilia the Clean Beauty brand. Lockhart was born without a left hand, and it's part of who she's become, but it's far from the entirety of her story. As a result Lockhart's Instagram profile doesn't shy away from her disabilities, yet she doesn't focus on her disability either. The main message? It is not just our physical self. Our identities are intricate and we contain many different factors. I do not want this to make me feel like I'm to be an influencer with a disability which is what I'm talking about, because there are different aspects to me Lockhart speaks via video from her house in Nashville. It doesn't impact my day-to-day life I do all the things I normally do and I've developed the best way for me to adapt the things. Since it's part of me personally and something worth discussing. Lockhart's journey to acceptance of herself will be one that lasts an entire lifetime. She can be a role model with regard to this. Lockhart has admitted that she's been through times when she was unsure about dressing in certain styles that exposed her arms. She dresses according to her preferences and is proud to post pictures of herself wearing the clothes she wears on social media. She claims that self-love is a process. I'm not certain if you'll ever make it to the finish line. However, I believe that's the case with anyone, no matter what their issue is. It's my opinion that having those with you who understand you and can see your emotions is important since they'll be those who will remind you what you worrying about?
